DACT Receive The Queens Award for Voluntary Service
We're excited to share that long-standing Treka customer Daventry Area Community Transport (DACT) have recently received the Queens Award for Voluntary Service, the equivalent of an MBE for voluntary groups. The award was officially announced from Buckingham Palace on Friday 2nd June 2017, and shared with us by DACT Chief Executive Rob Kinning. Rob acknowledges that without the tremendous efforts of their volunteers, and generous contributions, DACT would not be where they are today. Here at Treka Bus we're proud that we've been able to play a small part in DACT's success by "providing excellent vehicles for service delivery" and we look forward to working with the organisation for years to come.
We'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate everyone at DACT on receiving this incredible and well-deserved honour.
